To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit of the total service price is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to your final balance at your appointment.
You’ll receive text reminders to help keep you on track. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within 24 hours, or missed appointments, will result in forfeiting the deposit.
Any deposits made for appointments are non-refundable.
Fees are non-transferable to future services as they compensate for the time reserved in the schedule.
We kindly ask that you do not bring any guests with you to your appointment unless they are scheduled to receive a treatment as well.
For the safety and enjoyment of you, your child, and other clients in the building, we ask that you do not bring your child or that they be accompanied by another adult while you receive your service. We are unable to supervise your little ones as the priority is to complete your service.
There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds for products purchased in office or online from Cristal Clear Skin Aesthetics.

All clients must have a current and active credit card on file at all times or risk any future appointments being cancelled without notice.
Credit card payments will only be processed for missed, late, or no show appointment fees without notice.
Failure to have an active card on file will result in cancellation of any future appointments in addition to a suspension in booking any future appointments until a new card is presented and payment is collected.

The Cristal Clear Skin mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Cristal Clear Skin (“Cristal Clear Skin”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Cristal Clear Skin’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Cristal Clear Skin through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
